Acceptance

By creating a Hairavie account or using the Hairavie service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Hairavie.

In these Terms, "Hairavie", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Hairavie service, and these terms are an agreement between you and that operator. They take effect on 13 August 2026.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Hairavie account. Hairavie does not offer child or parent-managed accounts.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may change your email or password, or delete your account, from Profile → Account settings.

What Hairavie is

Hairavie is an informational and personalisation service. It builds a Hair ID from what you tell it, analyses published product formulas, compares products, and produces guidance, routines, journal insights and AI answers based on that information.

Hairavie's analysis depends on the quality of the product information available to it. Where evidence is missing, Hairavie says so rather than guessing, and some products will show limited information or no Hair Match at all.

Hairavie is not medical advice

Hairavie provides cosmetic hair-care guidance only. Hairavie does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or professional dermatological advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as any of those.

If you have hair loss, a scalp condition, an allergic reaction, or any other health concern, seek care from a qualified professional. Always check a product's own label and warnings before use.

Hairavie+ subscriptions

Hairavie is free to use with monthly limits on some features. Hairavie+ is a paid subscription that lifts those limits and unlocks additional features. The plans, prices and billing intervals available to you are shown on the pricing page and in checkout before you pay.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase until cancelled. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by Hairavie.

The price, currency, billing interval and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay and in your Stripe receipt. If a subscription price changes, the change applies to renewals after we have told you about it, and you can cancel before that renewal if you do not want to continue.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged, and Hairavie does not ordinarily provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period. This does not affect refunds required by applicable law, and Hairavie may still issue a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances such as a duplicate charge or a confirmed billing error.

Cancellation

You can cancel Hairavie+ at any time from Profile → Your plan, which opens the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for: Hairavie+ access continues through the end of the current paid billing period, after which the account returns to Free.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your Hairavie account or your personal information. Deleting your account is a separate action in Profile → Account settings.

Acceptable use

When using Hairavie, please do not:

• ✦Submit false, misleading or fabricated product or ingredient information
• ✦Attempt to scrape, bulk-export or resell Hairavie's catalog or analysis
• ✦Interfere with, probe or overload the service
• ✦Use Hairavie to give other people medical advice
• ✦Upload content you do not have the right to upload

Your submissions

You may submit product details, ingredient-label evidence and photos. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you grant Hairavie permission to store it and to use submitted product and ingredient evidence to review and improve catalog accuracy. Submissions are not automatically published as verified product information.

Intellectual property

Hairavie's software, design, written guidance and analysis are owned by Hairavie. Brand names, product names and product imagery belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products.

Third-party services

Hairavie uses third-party services — Supabase for authentication, database and storage, Stripe for payments, Lovable and the Lovable AI Gateway for hosting and AI infrastructure, Google Gemini for Hairlytics answers, and Open-Meteo and BigDataCloud for Hair Forecast. Those services have their own terms, and Hairavie is not responsible for their content or availability.

Service availability

Hairavie is offered as-is and may change over time. Features can be added, altered or withdrawn, and some features are labelled Beta while they are still being proven. Hairavie does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers

Hairavie's guidance is informational. Results vary between people, and Hairavie does not warrant that a product will produce a particular outcome for you. Product data, including ingredients, sizes and prices, comes from published sources and can be incomplete or out of date; always check the product's own packaging.

Termination

You may stop using Hairavie at any time and delete your account from Profile → Account settings. Hairavie may suspend or end access where these terms are broken or where required to protect the service or its users.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection or other laws of your place of residence apply instead.

Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of Hairavie will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and Hairavie consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here prevents either side from bringing a qualifying claim in small-claims court, and these terms do not include mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Continued use of Hairavie after an update means the updated terms apply.
