The verdict
The most-cited human trial was small, ran six months, studied one specific condition, and compared rosemary against an active treatment rather than a placebo. That's a starting point, not proof.
"Proven to regrow hair" overstates it considerably.
Being fair to it
Hairavie labels rosemary emerging rather than dismissing it. Dismissing something with limited evidence is as inaccurate as overselling it.
Essential oils can irritate. Dilute, patch test, and stop if it stings or produces a rash.
How Hairavie knows this
Hairavie cites peer-reviewed research, scientific reviews, reference textbooks, dermatology organisations and government health resources. Beauty blogs are never used as scientific authority.
